Pella Architect Series Windows Lawsuit

We recently replaced 7 vinyl windows in our home and had a great experience with pella. A filing last week in the united states district court for the northern district of illinois shows that pella has agreed to set. According to the suits the alleged defect allows water to penetrate and leak behind the windows aluminum cladding exposing the interior wood to moisture.
