The material has excellent dimensional stability due in part to its good creep resistance and low moisture absorption. Borosilicate glass abs and pla filaments along with many other materials print directly on to pei surface without the need for additional adhesives tapes or slurry. On one i purchased a sheet of 0 3mm thick self adhesive pei and stuck it down to the glass. Laminate your sheet of pei using 3m 468mp 1 adhesive transfer tape to a glass mirror print bed keeping in mind that 3m 468mp is a very tacky tape that is prone to clumping.

Pei polyetherimide is a strong rigid plastic that withstands high temperatures and offers excellent electrical insulation over a wide range of temperatures. Unfilled pei thermoplastic is translucent and amber in color with exceptional mechanical thermal and electrical properties. Been printing on it since its great to be fair though the bare mirror also prints quite well but it needs more cleaning i used windex to clean it and then wipe with ipa to get the windex residue off. Purchase a sheet of 0 03 0 04 0 75mm 1mm thick pei thinner can be used but it is more difficult to apply exactly flat to your surface.

The opaque natural pei sheet has a standard tolerance and meets american society for testing and materials astm d5205 pei0113 specifications. Made in the usa.
