Hey guys i need some help with a leak in the passenger side floor of my car.
Hi its leaking water on the passenger rear floor.
So i took my car to the dealership today.
The entire passenger side floor was soaked and when i squeezed the padding water dripped out from it.
In my case the seam where the passenger side floor pan is welded to the frame where the water runs through didn t have enough seam sealer on it so when the water ran through the frame it never made it to the rear drains and instead ran out into the rear passenger side floor pan making a mess.
The problem was the factory skimped on the seam sealer in the rear floor pans so the water never made it to the back of the car and ran into the floor pan soaking the carpet.
Another possibility besides the cabin filter drain is the a c condensation drain.
